How do I join Dreame Membership? To become a Dreame member, simply register for a Dreame account. If you don’t have one yet, you can register now. If you already have an account, log in to activate or access your membership. Start earning points and enjoying rewards today!

Is there a fee for joining the Dreame Membership Program? No, the Dreame Membership Program is entirely free to join.

If I have multiple Dreame accounts, can I merge them into one? Unfortunately, if you have registered with different email addresses, the Dreame IDs will differ and cannot be merged.

I've purchased on dreametech.com and third-party platforms before. Can I get Dreame points for those past purchases? No, Dreame points can only be earned for purchases made after signing up for the Dreame Membership Program on dreametech.com. Note that the Dreame Membership Program was launched on May 31st, 2024, and points cannot be earned for transactions made before this date.

How can I earn Dreame points?

• Sign up: Receive 200 points when you join.
• Subscribe: Earn 300 points by subscribing to Dreame via Email/SMS.
• Profile: Gain 100 points by filling in your birthday.
• Shop: Earn 1 point for every dollar spent.
• Share/Follow: Get 100 points by sharing our products and recommended links on Facebook.
• Review: Receive 100 points by leaving a review.

When will I receive my Dreame points? Points will be credited to your account after the order is completed when the logistics status shows as delivered.

Do Dreame points have an expiration date? Yes, Dreame points earned after the launch date will expire two years after they are unlocked. Expired points will be deducted from your account.

Can shipping or tax fees earn Dreame points? No, points are calculated after deducting any discounts, taxes, or gift card amounts. The final points will be subject to the actual payment amount.

What happens to my Dreame points if I return a product or cancel an order? If you return a product or cancel an order, the points earned from that purchase will be reversed or decreased accordingly.

How can I redeem my Dreame points for products? To redeem your Dreame points, log in to your account and go to the "Ways to Redeem" section. Select the product you want and click on "Redeem." A discount code will automatically appear. Then, click on "Check Out" to fill in your address.

How can I track my redeemed products? You will receive an email with the order number once you fill in the delivery address and complete the purchase. You can enter the order number through our "Track Order" page to check the logistics status of the package.

Can I cancel, return, or exchange redeemed products? No, you cannot cancel, return, or exchange the product once you confirm your redemption. Please double-check before confirming the redemption. If the products arrive damaged, contact Dreame Customer Service at support.na@dreame.tech within 7 days.

Can redeemed products be shipped with products I purchased from Dreame? No, redeemed products will be shipped separately.

Can I choose the shipping date for redeemed products? No, the redeemed product will be shipped once you confirm the redemption.

Do products redeemed with points count towards the review points reward? No, products redeemed with points are not eligible for the review points reward policy.

If I redeem a product with points, can I still leave a review? Absolutely, we encourage all members to leave reviews about their shopping experiences. However, please note that reviews for products redeemed with points will not be eligible for review points rewards.

Malicious Registration

False Information Usage: It is strictly prohibited to create accounts using false names, addresses, email addresses, or other personal information.

Multiple Account Creation: It is strictly prohibited for a single user to create multiple accounts to obtain additional rewards or discounts. This includes using different email addresses or identity information to register multiple accounts.

Automated Registration Tools: Using automated tools or scripts for bulk account registration is strictly prohibited.

Malicious Behavior: Any other behavior deemed malicious, including exploiting system vulnerabilities or engaging in fraudulent transactions, is strictly prohibited.
